To eat or not to eat...

Eat, please eat! We are going to work in your session and for that you need to fuel up! There is definitely a delicate balance of feeling fueled and uncomfortably full.

Things we like to eat before Pilates...

Bananas

Rich in potassium, carbohydrates, and even a little Vitamin C and magnesium, a banana is a quick and easy choice to add to your fueling up options.

Nuts

Bring on the protein and healthy fats!

Oatmeal

For a satisfied and fueled kind of morning. Overnight, warm and savoury, with fruit, with nuts with both, its possibilities are effortless and endless.

Smoothies

We love how much goodness you can pack in a smoothie! Add in the greens and proteins!

Coconut Water

Enjoy with your pre/post-workout meal for some tasty hydration!

*Always consult a doctor or nutritionist about dietary changes.
